Jobs: New India Assurance - Officers recruitment

The New India Assurance Company Limited, announced the recruitment of Administrative officers in specialized disciplines of IT (Hardware, Software and Networking) and Generalists (Accounts, Law and Engineering)

Number of Vacancies
Group A - Code No.01 : Specialists (IT): 50
Group B - Code No.02 : Generalists: 310

Eligible candidates can apply for both Specialist and Generalist posts.

Eligibility
Indian Nationals, Aged below 30 years,

For Specialists (IT), Candidate should possess 55% in Masters in IT/Computers or 60% in Engineering in IT/Computers

For Generalists, Masters degree with 55% or Graduation with 60%

Pay Scale
Gross emoluments in Metro centres would be approximately Rs.18000/- per month

Selection Process
Selection will be based on a written test to be conducted on 25-Oct-2009 at all major cities of India.

Short Listed Candidates will be called for a GD & Interview

The Written Test will be an Objective Type test & consists of the following
1. Reasoning
2. English Language
3. General Awareness
4. Numerical Ability/Data Interpretation Test
5. Professional Knowledge (for post in group A)
