National Entrance Screening Test (NEST 2011) will be held on 29-May-2011

NEST 2010 is mandatory for admissions to 5 year Integrated Masters Program at National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER - http://niser.ac.in/NEST) Bhubaneswar & UM-DAE Center of Excellence in Basic Sciences (CBS – http://www.tifr.res.in/~cbs) Mumbai and at Visva Bharati Santiniketan (http://visva-bharati.ac.in)

All the students of this program will be offered a full INSPIRE scholarship.

60% marks in 10th Std & 10+2 exam

NEST 2009 Paper:

The NEST 2009 examination was an objective type question paper, to be answered in 3 hours.

The test consists of 5 sections. First section is common & compulsory for all. Next four sections will be Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics. Applicant have to appear for 3 out of these 4 subjects.
