The institute offers the following Full Time Post Graduate Programs (PGP):

1. Two Yr PGP in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM) at Pune, Hyderabad and Goa

2. Two Yr PGP in Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM) at Pune

3. Two Yr PGP in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM) at Pune

4. One Yr PGP in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM) at Hyderabad

Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture or Urban Planning

Admission Process
Written Test + GD + Performance/Personal Interview

Candidates with Valid CAT/MAT/GMAT/GATE/ XAT/ATMA/JMET scores are exempted from NICMAR written test

Entrance Test Date
NICMAR written test

Application Fee
Rs 1000/- For one course. Candidates who apply for more than one course, has to pay Rs 500/- more.
