XLRI Jamshedpur announces admissions to its Fellowship Programs (Equivalent to a PhD in Management). The institute offers the following two programs:
1. Fellow Program In Management (FPM)
2. Executive Fellow Program Management (EFPM)
The EFPM program is an off campus PhD program aimed at working executives.
The institute offers specialization in Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Marketing, Organization Behavior, Personnel & Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Operations, Strategic Management
Eligibility
For FPM: 55% in any Masters program or 60% in bachelors program in Engg
For EFPM: In addition to the above, 5 years of full time work experience
Admission Process
Those with an MBA degree from XLRI, IIM, MDI, XIM can directly apply. They may be exempt from one year of preparatory course work
For all others: Application with a XAT/GMAT/GRE/GATE/UGC-JRF Score.
XAT is the XLRI Admission Test that will be conducted at various centers around the country
Financial Support
Stipend is paid for FPM students during the Program. No stipend for EFPM students
