CBSE Central Sector Scheme of Scholarships

Update:

CBSE announced the central sector scheme of scholarship for College and University Students 2009.

This scholarship will be awarded on the basis of the results of All India Senior School Certificate Examination (AISSCE), (Class XII) 2009.

The Scheme of Scholarship and the Instructions to apply are available on CBSE website at http://www.cbse.nic.in/welcome.htm

Eligibility:
Meritorious students from low-income (non-creamy layer) families

Performance in 10+2 or Class XII exam as follows:
For science stream – 90% & above
For Commerce - 87% & above
For Humanities – 80% & above
