IIST announces ISAT 2012 for admissions to its 4 years B.Tech programs
The Indian Institute of Space Science & Technology (http://www.iist.ac.in), Tiruvananthapuram announces admissions to its 4 years program in Engineering. IIST is a deemed university under the auspices of Department of Space, Government of India.
IIST offers Financial assistance to meet the complete cost of education, boarding & lodging. Further, the institute offers a book grant of Rs 3000/- per semester for each student.
All the students who graduate from IIST with specified academic performance will be offered jobs at Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO)

The institute offers the following 4 yr engineering courses
1. B. Tech in Avionics
2. B. Tech in Aerospace Engineering
3. B. Tech in Physical Sciences
Eligibility
70% in 10th Standard & 70% in all subjects in 10+2 (Maths, Physics, Chemistry)
Selection Process
Admissions to IIST are based on ISAT 2012 written test to be conducted on 21-Apr-2012
