The Centre for Advanced Research and Education (CARE) of Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics (SINP - http://www.saha.ac.in), Kolkata, invites Applications from eligible Indian Nationals for Undergraduate Associateship in Physics and Biophysical Sciences
Eligibility
Students of 1st or 2nd year B.Sc./Integrated M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/Biology
With 85% marks in Science and Mathematics and at least 80% in aggregate in Class XII
Fellowship
Selected Associates will go through a training on short projects for 60-90 days & will be paid a stipend of Rs. 150/- per day
After the program, UG associates will be given a certificate.
Some UG associates, who sign up for Masters Programmes in Basic sciences will be selected as Graduate Associates
After the completion of M.Sc. course, they may be offered jobs as Research Fellows of SINP with the usual fellowship.
