Tata Group announces Second Career Internship Programme (SCIP) for women professionals who took a career break for various reasons

SCIP offers flexi office engagement on live business assignments. Note that, SCIP is not a job, but an intermediary program of career transition for women professionals.

Currently, this program is open for women professionals in the cities of Mumbai & Bengaluru

Eligibility
Women professionals who have worked for a minimum of four continuous years in any of the domain areas of Management, Accountancy, Law or Engineering, prior to taking a career break of 1-8 years.

Internship
Selected Candidates can earn upto Rs. 4 lakh as internship
