The National Institute of Rural Development (www.nird.org.in), Hyderabad announces the admission to its 1 year full time Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development Management (PGDRDM)

The course fee is 1.25 Lakhs

The institute offers some merit-cum-means scholarships for deserving candidates. North East Council has funded last year’s students of North East Indian region.

Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree
Final year students of a graduation course can apply

Some seats are reserved for in-service candidates who have to apply through their employers

Admission Process
Written Test on 15 Feb 2009 + GD + Personal Interview

In-service candidates too have to take the test. However there will be a separate merit list for them.

Entrance Test Date
Written Test on 15 Feb 2009 across various centers in India

Application Fee
1000/- to be paid while submitting the application. Applications are available at NIRD offices.
