NYKS - Volunteer for National Youth Corps

The Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India invites volunteers for National Youth Corps for two years of community service

During these 2 years, the volunteers will be paid a stipend of 2,500/- per month

Eligibility
Young men and women in the age group of 18-25, and 10+2 qualified.
For J&K and North East, a pass in 10th standard will suffice.

Activities
National Youth Corps will serve in nation building activities in the areas of health, literacy, sanitation, gender issues, social issues etc.

To enroll, contact your District Youth Coordinator (DYC), NYKS of your district

National Youth Corps is formed by combining the two existing volunteer schemes of Government of India - The National Service Volunteer Scheme (NSVS) & Rashtriya Sadbhawana Yojana (RSY)

The National Youth Corps will function under the guidance of Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS)
